The theme of this years National Day of Prayer is from 2 Samuel 22:29-31
For you are my lamp, O Lord, and my God lightens my darkness. For by You I can run against a troop, and by my God I can leap over a wall. This God—his way is perfect; the word of the Lord proves true; He is a shield for all those who take refuge in Him.
The Rochester Area Prayer Breakfast is an annual, non-denominational event held in recognition of the National Day of Prayer, instituted in 1952 by a joint resolution of Congress and then President Harry S. Truman.
Special thanks to the 2023 Prayer Breakfast Event Sponsor, Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital. To make a reservation or learn about sponsorship opportunities for the event, please visit the Prayer Breakfast website – www.rochesterareaprayerbreakfast.com.
